Welcome to Álogo. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products through the website alogo.es. By placing an order, the customer declares that they have read and accepted these terms.

1. Seller Identification

2. Products and Availability

The products offered, together with their main characteristics and price, are shown on screen. The seller endeavours to ensure that the information is accurate, although typographical errors may occur. The offer is subject to stock availability.

3. Prices and Taxes

The prices shown include applicable VAT. Shipping costs, where applicable, are indicated before the order is finalized. The seller reserves the right to modify prices, without this affecting orders already confirmed.

4. Purchase Process

To place an order, the customer must add the products to the cart, provide the shipping and billing details, choose the payment method and confirm the order. Once confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation email.

5. Payment Methods

The customer can pay by credit or debit card (through a secure payment gateway), PayPal or bank transfer. In the case of a transfer, the order will be processed once payment has been received.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times and shipping costs are detailed on the Shipping & Returns page. The times indicated are approximate and are counted in working days.

7. Right of Withdrawal

A customer acting as a consumer has a period of 20 calendar days, from receipt of the product, to withdraw from the purchase without the need for justification. To exercise this right, they must notify [email protected]. The product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized, as well as those which, for hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return once unsealed, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

8. Returns and Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and verified, the amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase, within the legally established period. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or seller error.

9. Warranty

All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided for in the consumer regulations in force. In the event of a defective product, the customer must notify [email protected].

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. In accordance with European regulations, the customer may access the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
