Shipping Policy

At Álogo we strive to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. Delivery times vary by destination:

• Spain (Mainland): 24-48 working hours.
• Europe: 3-5 working days.

Shipping Costs

FREE shipping on orders over €100 (Mainland Spain).

Exchange policy

We make exchanges really easy. If you need a different size or would prefer another product, just let us know. Pack the item you want to exchange and we will send you the product you have chosen; when the courier delivers your new parcel, they will collect the one you are returning at the same time. Simple, with no trips or paperwork.

Returns Policy

You have 20 calendar days from receiving your order to return it. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

To process a return, send the product to: Tienda Hípica Álogo, Camino de Pinseque 147-A, 50190 Zaragoza (Spain).

As soon as we receive it and confirm it is in perfect condition, we will refund the amount using the same payment method you used.
